Ben & Emil Live
Hosted by Ben Cahn and Emil DeRosa -- a licensed Wall Street trader and his skeptical best friend -- The Ben and Emil Show highlights the funnier side of the business, political, and financial world. Ben and Emil dive deep into the hilarious underbelly of our economy. It's an insightful, hilarious, and occasionally chaotic way to learn about finance, business, and politics.

Ask Me Anything
Bridget Phetasy and Arielle Isaac Norman host a comedy night that’s part stand-up, part live AMA. They bring in local comedians, some well-known names, and the occasional surprise guest to test fresh material before they bravely (or foolishly) open the floor to audience questions.
It’s a mix of planned laughs and off-the-cuff moments that keep it unpredictable.
Picture a crowd sipping blueberry basil lemonade and vodka, tossing out quirky, personal curveballs like: "What’s the strangest dream you’ve had lately?" or "If your fridge could talk, what would it call you out on?" Sometimes it’s, "What’s the weirdest thing you’ve googled at 3 a.m. after a gig?"

Joey Z and Hot Dad
Joey Z and Hot Dad coheadline an evening of surreal/musical comedy! Outside at The Creek and The Cave 05/17 8pm $10adv/$15dos
Hot Dad is a comedian and musician (frequently both) who resides in Austin, TX, but spends much of his time online as a YouTuber and Twitch streamer. His music has been featured on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Hamilton's Pharmacopeia (Vice TV), and in the viral fan-made reanimated collaboration, Shrek Retold. Since launching his online career in 2014, his strange and often surreal emotional comedy music has been experienced by millions across the web. He also has never had a sense of smell.
Hot Dad is currently performing an exciting (potentially) and brand new-ish sampler-based solo performance including comedy, music, sound FX, and more.* Experimental. Unusual. Funny? These are all words that describe his Very Cool™ and Extremely Epic® comedy set. Are any of them true? You be the judge!
*More is not guaranteed.
Joey Z is an avant-garde comedian/entertainer based in Austin TX. His act contains various elements of stand up comedy, story telling, songs, visuals, mime, and other performance art. He’s also the host of the touring variety event Glow Show which was called “a definite must see” by the Austin Chronicle and nominated for best comedy show in Austin ‘22 & ‘23 via the Austin Chronicle. Joey’s live act has been described as Adam Sandler or Steve Martin having a bad acid trip, or if Marc Rebelliet was a noise musician. But Joey likes to call his genre “sound clown”. Joey has been performing for over a decade at places such as the Lincoln Calling Music Festival, SXSW, Moontower Comedy Festival (4X) and a comedy set for Luck Reunion during the High Holidays. In early 2025 Joey signed with Personal Space Booking out of Chicago and on March 28th 2025 self released an audio version of his old one man show TRIP SITTER which is essentially an homage to his old psychedelic party self. Joey has shared the stage with such acts as Danny Brown, Reggie Watts, and Wolves of Glendale.
Featuring AVERY MOORE (Moontower Comedy Fest, Voted Best comedian in Austin via Austin Chronicle 2018 and 2024)
Hosted by Garrett Buss (Daddy Strong Legs, Exploraphoria)
05/17 8pm $10/$15 OUTSIDE at The Creek and The Cave

Bassem Youssef: Works on a new show

Come with your friends and your very low expectations and watch the painful process of writing and performing live comedy. Hey the tickets are cheap so why not?

Jimmy Pardo
Jimmy Pardo, known as “The Fastest Mind in Comedy,” is a seasoned stand-up comedian and host of the award-winning podcast Never Not Funny.
Jimmy has made over one hundred television appearances, including seminal shows like The Tonight Show, Conan, and The Late Late Show.
A lifelong dream of hosting a radio show similar to the ones he grew up listening to in Chicago is the inspiration behind his success as host of his long-running podcast Never Not Funny, as well as hosting TV shows such as Science Channel’s critically acclaimed Race To Escape, National Lampoons Funny Money on Game Show Network, five seasons of AMC’s Movies At Our House and episodes of NBC’s Late Friday, VH1’s The Surreal Life & The Playboy Morning Show.
Pardo’s love of music (he has attended close to 500 rock concerts) and many years in the music business are useful for his web series Jimmy’s Records & Tapes, currently in its fourth season on YouTube.
Renowned for his quick-witted improvisation style, Pardo uses his material as a jumping-off point for his act, with the ultimate goal of having a conversation with the audience. This makes his performances a whirlwind of crowd work, top-of-mind references, stories, and asides, with each show being a one-of-a-kind, inimitable experience.
His three comedy albums, UNO, Pompous Clown & Sprezzatura, have all topped the comedy album chart and many critic’s best of lists.
He can be seen entertaining crowds across the country when not hosting the Never Not Funny podcast & Jimmy’s Records & Tapes from the cozy confines of his Sherman Oaks studio.
WHAT THEY ARE SAYING ABOUT JIMMY PARDO
“What I love about Jimmy is that he lives by his wits – his mind is so quick and facile that he gets the audience laughing, but they’re listening as well.”
– CONAN O’BRIEN
“Jimmy may be the funniest man adverse to jokes. He doesn’t write them; he rarely tells them. And that translates as hilarious to the audience. Call him the crowd whisperer.”
– LA TIMES
“The funniest host in podcasting.”
-ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY
It’s clear Pardo’s one small step ahead of the audience, one giant leap beyond the comedy industry as a whole.”
– LA WEEKLY
“Pardo has the ability to do crowd-work like no other comedian today that I am aware of – a quality that echos and even rivals that of Don Rickles.”
“Onstage, Pardo is as free-form as Ross Noble, as biting as Greg Proops, and as formal as Johnny Carson. Perhaps the best comparison, if one can truly be made, is to Groucho Marx, encapsulating all the manic energy and just a hint of the irreverence that made Groucho a legend.”
– OTWO MAGAZINE (Ireland)
“Never Not Funny was one of the first, and it remains one of the best.”
– THE AV CLUB
“The undisputed king of onstage riffing and crowd-work
– NERDIST NEWS

T.J. Miller
T.J. MILLER is a comedian. He has been diligently working to make people laugh for over two and a half years because life is tragic and the best thing he can do is make you giggle and perhaps pee. He is famous in Norway. A skilled improviser, no show is ever the same. Let me repeat that- no show you ever see will be the same. Dare you? See them all? His hour-long comedy specials DEAR JONAH (YouTube), METICULOUSLY RIDICULOUS (HBO) and NO REAL REASON (Comedy Central) are available to stream now wherever streaming is streamed. His forthcoming special THE PHILOSOPHY CIRCUS showcases his talents as a clown, a juggler, and terrible ventriloquist. Is he a musician? No. However, he has two music albums, THE EXTENDED PLAY E.P., a hip-hop/pop/folk music E.P. with 41 tracks, and THE EXTENDED PLAY E.P.: THE ILLEGAL ART REMIXTAPE- available wherever fake music is listened to.
Miller’s voice stars as Gene in the EMOJI MOVIE and Fred in Disney’s Academy Award-winning BIG HERO 6. He voiced Tuffnut in the Oscar-nominated HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON and HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2. He played Auggie in the first R-rated stop-motion film HELL AND BACK, and Prancer in ICE AGE: A MAMMOTH CHRISTMAS. A reindeer!
On television, he voiced Robbie from GRAVITY FALLS, Tuffnut in DRAGONS: RIDERS OF BERK, Randy in F IS FOR FAMILY and a volcano in FAMILY GUY. Don’t forget GORBURGER, a show so strange you’ll just have to google it. And that’s his voice.
You may recognize his non-animated face and body from DEADPOOL 1 & 2, the highest-grossing R-rated films of all time, forever, 2014’s surprise indie hit TRANSFORMERS 4: AGE OF EXTINCTION, Mike Judge’s HBO series SILICON VALLEY (Critics’ Choice Award for Best Supporting Actor), THOSE WHO CAN’T, GARFUNKEL AND OATS, HAPPY ENDINGS, appearances on KIMMEL, FERGUSON, COLBERT and CONAN, or briefly on THE GOODWIN GAMES (canceled after 7 episodes) or CARPOOLERS (13 episodes). He was on CHELSEA LATELY quite a bit and even guest hosted for Chelsea. A ‘regular’ some might call him. Who those people are he’ll never know.
He wrote, produced and starred in the Sundance accepted shorts SUCCESSFUL ALCOHOLICS and I’M HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME KILLING MY PARENTS. Neither won awards. T.J. has been in over 25 major studio films- CLOVERFIELD, SHE'S OUT OF MY LEAGUE, Mike Judge’s EXTRACT, SEEKING A FRIEND FOR THE END OF THE WORLD, ROCK OF AGES, GULLIVER’S TRAVELS, OUR IDIOT BROTHER, YOGI BEAR 3D (for which he gave himself a Critic’s Choice Award for Best Supporting Character in a Talking Bear Comedy), UNSTOPPABLE, GET HIM TO THE GREEK, SEARCH PARTY, THE GOODS: LIVE HARD, SELL HARD, and finally his good friend Jay Baruchel’s GOON: LAST OF THE ENFORCERS.
Most recently, T.J. was the star of OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY, opposite Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston, i-R0ck in READY PLAYER ONE directed by Steven Spielberg, UNDERWATER opposite Kristen Stewart; a sci-fi disaster thriller- the perfect full circle return to his roots in CLOVERFIELD, and finally THE STAND-IN opposite Drew Barrymore, an official selection for the TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL, canceled due to the pandemic and 2020 generally being a fuckstick of a year.
He resides in Manhattan, NY, and Hollywood, California. He was born in Denver. He died in 2010 of an AVM. He is first and foremost, a comedian. His standup is “Smooth Like Fire, Hip Like Lincoln.” He will work until his death to make you happy. He loves you. He is a gentle giant, and would like you to see a live show. It’s better that way.

When he's not on his nationwide tour, he plays all the major New York City clubs, including the Comedy Cellar and New York Comedy Club. It makes no difference to him whether he's performing in a club, bar, casino, elevator (done that twice), parking lot, rooftop, on a fake beach in front of a freight train, or in technically-legal underground speakeasies; comedy is his life. Mike is dedicated to making the majority of you laugh and the rest of you confused, yet oddly satiated.
