Creeksgiving

Like every year, The Creek and The Cave’s motto is: You dont have to be alone on the holidays unless you want to. You, your family and your chosen family are welcome to attend. This year is going to be bigger and better than ever.

Gerri, my incredible mother and I will be heading up the cooking along with a ton of others….

On the menu:

Turkey, maybe fried, maybe sage rubbed, may be dripping in Truffle Glaze, who knows?

Maple Glazed Ham

Sausage stuffing with mushrooms

Seafood Stufing

Mashed potatoes

Gravy & Gravy with Giblets

Cranberry Sauce

Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Corn Pudding

Parker House Rolls

If you want to bring Mac & Cheese, Green Bean Casserole, Collard Greens, Mushroom free stuffing, dessert of any kind or that special dish your family always made, please bring it and let us know so I’m not forcing Tyler to make us Mac and Cheese. 

We will eat around 7pm to allow for our family obligated friends to join us after they stuff themselves in the afternoon.

If any vegetarian or vegans are coming - let us know and I’ll sculpt a Tofurkey!
